As these changes take place, a behavioral health program can help maintain one's quality of life. Our Senior Care Unit enables adults 65 or older to improve their daily functioning. Referrals can be made directly to the unit. A Senior Care professional is available to provide a confidential assessment in the home or at our facility.We are pleased to announce that the Family Care Main Street in Collins, and Family Care Clinic of Seminary are now open for business. We are grateful to be part of these towns and are excited to bring another benefit to these two communities.
