dont use the app i guess? charged us for a mocha iced coffee when the machine was down, couldnt give us any kind of refund, gave us two completely wrong items (and accused us of ordering the wrong...

Where do I start? Hmm let's start with the outside appearance of the place. There's trash in the parking lot usually from employees cleaning out their cars. The entrance is always greasey looking...
