Albany Industries was founded in 1995. Production began with 15 employees in a 10,000-square-foot building. Albany Industries has grown from those 15 employees to an operation that employs more than 450 people in a modern 500,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. In 2001, the owners of Albany Industries transferred more than one-third of the voting stock to an ESOP trust for the benefit of our current and future employees. The employee-owned company uses innovative manufacturing procedures to deliver a range of upholstered products. Albany Industries maintains its headquarters in New Albany, Miss.
