Wintergreen Dogsled Lodge

Ranked by NPR among "Minnesota's Best Lodges" & by PBS among "America's Best Adventure Lodges," Wintergreen is the nation's premier recreational dogsledding center & (since 1987!) the only lodge devoted exclusively to dogsled vacation fun. From December through March, Wintergreen provides lodge-based dog sledding vacation packages and dogsled camping trips. Mush your own team of our friendly Canadian Eskimo dogs on beautiful northwoods trails with training by our expert guides. You'll be in good hands: National Geographic Adventure ranks Wintergreen as "Best in the Business" and it's directed by Paul Schurke, recipient of the "Explorers Award", "Adventurer of the Year Award," & "Environmental Hero" award.
