People Inc Maghakian Place

Located in St. Paul, Minn., the People Incorporated Maghakian Place is a more than 15-bed intensive residential treatment facility that provides a variety of services for individuals with mental disabilities and chemical dependency. The agency serves children above the age of 18. It focuses on ensuring mental health stabilization and builds new skills for individuals to live independently in the community. The People Incorporated Maghakian Place supports life skills groups that teach skills, such as money management, budgeting, cooking, job seeking ability and medication management. In addition, the agency supports a variety of groups that use evidence-based practice materials for illness management and recovery, integrated dual disorder treatment and family psychoeducation.
