Mr John Wilcox was so amazing. Helped my brother opened an account and was so patient. The other banker had told us, we won't be able to do it today. But Mr. Wilcox was amazing. Thank you.

Needed to get in my safety deposit box. To do this, you need to call and make appointment (took 1/2 hour) or try to book on line which is complicated. First appointment available is in 2 weeks...
