We are a non-profit community that provides Assisted Living, Care Suites, and Respite Care services near Redwood Falls Community Gardens. Along with a 24-hour staff, we provide transportation to and from your medical appointments so you're always on time. Vista Prairie at Ridgeway on German, in New Ulm, transitioned to new ownership with Vista Prairie Communities in October 2023, a mission-driven nonprofit organization based here in Minnesota. We offer dedicated Assisted Living and Reflections Memory Care programs.
