Vermillion Falls in Hastings, MN is an urban waterfall located in downtown Hastings, Minnesota. Once a working waterfall, it is now situated next to a large factory. The falls can be easily visited in Vermillion Falls Park, with a short walk from the parking area to the overlook. Although the views are somewhat obstructed, a paved walking and biking trail follows the river in both directions, offering opportunities to explore the gorge and find alternative viewpoints. Nearby, there are several other waterfalls within a half-hour drive, including Willow Falls, Cascade Falls, Minnehaha Falls, and Hidden Falls in Nerstrand Big Woods State Park.

Visited on Mother's Day with the family before a wedding. A beautiful waterfall and peaceful atmosphere! Perfect time, the area was clean. Easy water to the waterfall. A must see! Few restaurants...

Vermillion Falls Park Interesting park. Nice waterfall. Nice Love locks too. Some bad dog owners. Pick up your dog's mess. Really. Needs a little love Highly recommended

Paved trails but the mosquitos are in full force today. Gorgeous little getaway to relax. Maybe 1 mile or less trails but plenty of benches to take in the falls.

Nice walking park with trails and Beautiful waterfalls. It's only about 40min from the cities.
