Know that this location is a franchise location. With that any issue you have will have to be done at other locations corporate locations. Horrible service, not helpful as soon as they identified...

Great customer service! I upgraded to a new phone. They made sure everything was transferred and working before I left. Seriously the best transition of devices ever. I highly recommend this store.
