The BEST vegan cakes and desserts I've ever had. I was vegan for about a year and didn't like sacrificing good desserts and sweets. The cupcakes, breads, cinnamon rolls etc. here don't even taste...

Vegan East is a vegan bakery with locations in Minneapolis (uptown) and White Bear Lake (downtown), Minnesota. After serving as an in-home bakery for several years we opened our storefront doors to the public on February 10th. We create vegan cakes, cupcakes, cookies, muffins, quiche, rolls and cheesecakes, with several gluten-free options.
