we did oil change at Valvoline coon rapids 2 days later i heard sound in my engine i found out no oil in my car they forgot to put the new oil i end up doing it elsewhere and this happened...

I'm rating this place zero stars after my last experience. They didn't clip anything back together, tighten anything or plug anything back in. And to top it off they drenched my alternator in oil....

Don't let them upsell you on a bunch of stuff you don't need. These guys aren't actually technicians, but students. The fuel injector cleaner is corrosive, use seafoam instead. They're just...

Just got my oil changed here and they didn't fill it all the way. I wasn't sure when they first showed me the dip stick, so I triple checked when I got home and each time it came out at 1/2 - 3/4...
