Usda National Appeals Division
The National Appeals Division (NAD) is an independent office that reports directly to the Secretary of Agriculture within the United States Department of Agriculture. NAD's primary mission is to conduct impartial administrative appeals hearings and reviews of adverse program decisions made by designated agencies of the USDA.
With headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, NAD also operates regional offices in Indianapolis, Indiana; Cordova, Tennessee; and Lakewood, Colorado.
