Same-day and walk-in appointments are available at our nurse practitioner-led clinic, located one block from the U.S. Bank Stadium light rail station. Our providers are available for urgent medical needs as well as ongoing primary care. We offer compassionate, innovative, comprehensive care for adults, children and families. Please note: We are changing the name of this location to align with our new brand, M Health Fairview. However, you may still encounter our former branding while we update signage and materials.
