United Communities HOPE, founded in the spring of 2020, is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting families in need across the Dilworth, Glyndon, and Felton communities in Minnesota. Through partnerships with local churches, police departments, and school counselors, UC Hope identifies and addresses various community needs while offering essential resources, including food, clothing, and school supplies to K-12 students via their Rebel HOPE Chest initiative.

The organization also runs a thrift store, with all proceeds directed towards funding programs that support community members. UC Hope is committed to fostering community growth through numerous initiatives, such as emergency food assistance, holiday food baskets, and support for local families in crisis.
