We pay tribute to the upper midwest with a menu influenced by practices of foraging, butchery, and fermentation techniques while being heavily driven by seasonality. Delicious breakfast. The omelette with Boursin was divine and what an idea to make French toast with cardamom! Definitely worth the visit
