Travail Kitchen & Amusements will spend the first part of 2019 in a new temporary location in Minneapolis while construction on our new building takes place in Robbinsdale. Travail: Minneapolis Residency will feature three concepts during our run on Lowry Hill -- the first of which will be UMAMI. Umami will continue Travail's tradition of a prix-fixe tasting menu including dim sum cart service, shared family courses, amuse bites, sake bombs and more. Our team of chefs also are your servers, and everyone takes part in developing the menu.
