We are not the largest bike shop nor the loudest, but we do know bikes. No gimics; no pitch. Just good people and good bikes. We ride year 'round, and we ride it all. This past year we were approached by Shimano and were asked to become a Certified Shimano Service Center (they call it an SSC) "sure" we said. Our mechanics went through the testing and certification process, our sales team logged on and became Shimano experts too. After achieving certified status we learned there are only 4 shops in Minnesota who have passed these series of tests. Out back is our private test track; wrapping around a nice lake. Put on a helmet and test ride a bike without having to dodge cars in a parking lot. Inside we've got a relaxed, confident and friendly store. Took over two and a half weeks for a basic tone up. Had to buy all new parts after they said they fixed. Consumer service was horrible. The pricing is ridiculous. Very disappointed.
