History

We were born by fate and we have used that to our advantage. All of our coaches come from a different background and all have our own niche to offer. This helps us provide our athletes with a well rounded perspective of fitness and it provides a wealth of knowledge to all involved. In the end, you will see that our box offers far more than your typical training center while staying competitive with our pricing.

Specialties

Torque Strength & Conditioning is not your typical training center. We are home to many different training programs such as CrossFit 1080, Torque Barbell, and TorqueFit to name a few. We were born by fate, and we have used that to our advantage. Each of our coaches comes from a different background, so they all have their own special niche. Our club specialize in 3 areas - CrossFit, Olympic Lifting and Endurance Training. We could say that we offer better programs and coaching than anyone else in Woodbury, because we do. But that's an old song you've heard before. So we'll say this: the atmosphere here is intoxicating. People come for the training, but they stay because they've never felt so encouraged, so strong, and so welcome at any other gym.
