The Bluffs Advanced Memory Care at Hudson Comforts of Home is just South of 94E on Heggen Street behind the Post Office.The Bluffs at Hudson Comforts of Home specializes in serving people who have moderate to severe dementia and need a secured environment with 24-hour caregivers on staff. We offer a safe and nurturing environment for people that may display more frequent behaviors due to dementia and need staff trained to provide a more personalized level of care. At The Bluffs, we also offer a unique care model called Behavioral Health Integration (BHI). Our goal is to provide residents with dementia a comprehensive care plan that integrates with a collaborative team of experts that play a role in their well- being and success. We accept Private pay, Medicaid, Long-term care insurance, and VA benefits.We understand how important it is for families to stay connected, especially during these difficult times.
