It also provides various rehabilitative, adult day, and respite and hospice care services. Sholom Home West offers specialized medical care and pain management solutions. It operates a library, gift shop, barbershop and garden courtyard. The facility offers physical, occupational and speech therapies. Sholom Home West maintains private and semiprivate rooms, as well as provides psychological consultation solutions. In addition, the facility offers on-site podiatry, optometric, dental and audiology services. It is operated by Sholom Community Alliance, which is a nonprofit organization.
