It is now 11/20, after two months, my continued calls "checking in" to see if I would receive my dishwasher, I received an email cancellation and was informed I'm stuck with a gift card refund....

Ladies be aware: they don't like to wait on women and they talk down to you when they do. Also don't order anything - 90% chance it will come in wrong or not at all. Lots of male employees...
