St. Therese Southwest is a retirement community that provides a variety of personal care services and accommodation options to more than 50 people. It is a nonprofit corporation that is governed by a board of directors and managed by Great Lakes Management Company. The center provides nutrition meals, exercise programs, medication assistance and personal care management services. St. Therese Southwest also organizes a range of events, including table games, cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, bingo, dancing, outdoor walking, movie screening and weight exercises. In addition, the center provides scheduled transportation services to residents. St. Therese Southwest is located in Hopkins, Minn.
