The customization process starts with your first interaction with any Acucraft Sales Representatives. Each Sales Representative is trained to listen to your needs, ask the appropriate questions which will help you determine the right fireplace and flue that is ideal for you, your family and your home. Our Sales Representatives will then provide you with a free, no obligation quote which will outline the fireplace, accessories, customizations and flue material. Once you are ready to place your order, we will accept a 25% deposit and put your fireplace order into production. Our production team will build your fireplace, as ordered. When your fireplace is complete, the balance due will be collected by check or credit card and Acucraft will then ship your fireplace to any job site, worldwide. During the entire process, your Sales Representative and our Fireplace Technicians will be available to talk with you and/or your builder to make the choosing, ordering, framing and installation of your fireplace as smooth as possible. Once your fireplace is installed, if you or your builder have any extra flue materials, in which our sales representatives have recommended you order, we will provide you with a full refund, upon receipt of those items in our office.
