The Brothers Deli, a beloved establishment in downtown Minneapolis, has been delighting patrons for over 70 years. Originally opened as Mike's Cafe in 1935 by Mike and Dora Burstein, it transformed into The Brothers Deli in 1959 under the leadership of Mike's sons, Leonard and Sam.
Throughout the years, the deli has built a reputation for quality and a welcoming atmosphere, surviving various challenges in the restaurant industry. After a brief hiatus, Leonard's son Jeff Burstein revived The Brothers Deli in 1993, relocating to its current site in 2000, where it continues to serve its loyal customers.
