Country Manor first opened its doors over 50 years ago as a modest 64 bed nursing facility. Since then, Country Manor Campus has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, boasting a senior housing and health care community unlike any other in Central Minnesota. Our Sartell campus includes: private suites, state-of-the-art wellness center including 4 separate therapy gyms, HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, unique therapies like pet, music and massage therapy.
