I was there today, and they had forgotten 2 of my items, totally fine, it happens but what is not acceptable is the rude attitude I was given over the phone when I called to address the situation.

Found hair and dirty in my number 7 meal. They forgot my drink, the one without a hair net and long hair was just on his phone the whole time.

I've been eating Taco Bell for as long as I can remember. So I know the quality of food this beautiful place should be providing. However today was the worst experience ever in my Taco Bell eating...

Service here sucks!! They see you at the counter and they ignore you...I'll drive out of Elk River to another Taco Bell for better service.
