Located in New Ulm, Minn., it offers an array of services, such as assistance with activities of daily living, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance assistance for residents, barber/beautician services, nursing services and care. Additionally, the center provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Oak Hills Living Center is home to more than 125 seniors in both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living apartments.
