RosePointe is a more than 148-unit independent living apartment community for adults above the age of 62. The community operates one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each of its apartments includes a kitchen, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, closet space, ceramic tile tub, shower walls and medicine cabinet. RosePointe s campus is located near restaurants, banks, health care facilities, golf courses, theaters and cultural centers. It offers a variety of services, including van transportation, housekeeping, fitness training, laundry, foot care, massage therapy, fax and check cashing. The community s facilities include a convenience store, card room, library, walking path, blood pressure clinic, and beauty and barber salon.
