the guy who took my order had AirPods in and i had to repeat myself multiple times. they take forever to make my food and so unprofessional. overall a clean seating area but the service was not good

I had placed an order for three subs two out of the three subs the bread was soggy and Dowie call to complain the manager didn't care told me too bad, one to replace it at all very rude and nasty...
