I have been to a couple of their 45-minutes which is perfect to allow you to take a class between meetings! They have child care which is amazing too if the kiddos are not in school.

Such friendly staff and a quick 45 minute class. It was hard work and I felt like I had a full workout, but it was very enjoyable.
