Front end staff can use a bit of customer service. We came in and our lady did not greet good morning or smile. Gave us iPad and said we are upgrading our system. "Can I sit down to fill this out"...

I went in for a comprehensive eye exam and contact lens prescription update. It took over three hours. The waiting was endless, the staff was harried, and they have not successfully transitioned...

Plan ahead to wait a LONG time - at least 2-3 hours. Lots of sitting around, slow computer systems, and they never contacted me to even confirm my appointment so I felt completely unprepared....
