St John the Baptist Catholic Church of Savage

Established in 1959, St. John the Baptist Catholic School provides educational opportunities for students in pre-kindergarten through grade eight. The school stresses on intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional development. Its curriculum includes math, language arts, social studies, science, computer technology, reading, and religion and physical education. In addition, St. John the Baptist Catholic School maintains a library that houses a range of books and study materials. The school offers a variety of sports activities, such as basketball, volleyball and soccer. It has a home and school association. St. John the Baptist Catholic School operates a band and chess, ski and golf clubs. The school administers the Title I program. It is a part of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.
