If you pay for their service and need to talk to anyone, forget about it. It is almost impossible to actually speak to a person on the same day that you try to initiate contact. Perhaps 3 or 4...

Zero customer service. They never respond to your emails and just ignore them. There is no customer service number to call. They are useless.
