Super easy to set appointment online. Walked in and waited maybe 5 minutes. Excellent hair and beard trim. Relaxing hot towel and shampoo made it worth while. The chair massage topped it off....

Came in to see wait time. Person checking me in was short and rude. The store hours say they close at 7pm online and on the front door. She claimed that they close at 6pm.....

Lame check-in system prompts you aggressively to be in store on time. Arrive on time, wait half hour longer. Cut irregular- won't return

This place The stylist was extremely standoffish and passive aggressive. Worst haircut I ever had. I am done with Sports Clip! They use to be good but they are now in par with Great Clips.
