Had Phuoc cut my hair and that ish was messed up! He cut my hair so fast (like I'm a hurry - this was at 9:45am) and was snagging the back of my head a lot... he didn't wash the shampoo...

My son got a very good haircut here. He checked in online and got in right away. The stylist (Renee) was very nice and did a really good job. We would definitely return!

Checked in , it said 13 min wait, 15 minutes later it said 16 minutes. Got all the way down to on deck for another 10 , walked out , glad they sit there and talk for half an hour at a time.

What a waste of time. Online check-in is a joke, showed up only to be at the end of the line and waiting longer than what was stated after checking in online. 3 stylists, 1 actually cutting...
