History

A lifelong entrepreneur, I went back to school in my mid-40's and got a masters degree in human development with an emphasis on coaching. I was in a life passage myself, my children were grown and I always enjoyed listening for and encouraging others to develop their passions and gifts -- the things that make their spirits dance. Thus the name of my company, SpiritDance. I combined my love of coaching with my lifelong love of and experience with horses and have been most fortunate to be a leader in the growing field of Equine Guided Coaching. Fulfilling a vision I had when I first started, I work with clients locally, nationally and world wide. You can work with me in my Minneapolis office, via phone or Skype, or out at various equine facilities within 30 minutes of the Twin Cities.

Specialties

As your coach, I help you step into the vision for your life that wants to come front and center. this often happens after a major life transition, or sometimes after a period of feeling stuck. Here's how I help you do that. Together we: 1) Clarify your vision of what you want; 2) Identify obstacles that keep you stuck and how you can break through; 3) Create a plan that includes easy to manage, bite-sized steps to creating a life of heart and meaning. I specialize in equine-guided coaching and will continue to offer the opportunity to work with the horses as part of your coaching program. Horses are intuitive beings who can show us in an instant when we are fooling ourselves and when we are on the right track.
