At Southview, you'll find that our primary purpose - no matter what your position - is to take the best possible care of the people who live here. Our goal is to work in interdisciplinary teams to care for all the needs of our patients and residents: physically, emotionally, nutritionally, spiritually. Our core services include: Transitional Care Services, Long-Term & Memory Care & Outpatient Therapy. We are conveniently located near the Southview Country Club off Babcock Trail and Mendota Raod in West St. Paul Minnesota.
