History

We started in October of 2012 doing mobile in Home Personal Training. In Jan 2013 we started a Boot Camp, which took off fast. Due to our success, we just opened our first facility in Rosemount in October of 2013. We currently offer 2 different levels of Boot Camp, Zumba, Yoga, and other classes. Our clients made us as successful as we are, and for that we can't be more grateful to them. We strive to show it in every way that we can.
