Walked in with hair down to my butt. I asked for 6 inches cut off and some face framing. She cut off 12 INCHES and forgot (?) to do the face framing. I walked out with a bob. She didn't even work...

Absolutely a fraud salon. They can't do color at all. Our Experience. My 14 year old daughter went in to have some minimal highlights brought back to her natural color which is a light brown....

It's absurd that salons in diverse communities are limited when it comes to hair services for ethnic hair. I was turned away from many. (Which I appreciated) Josephine was there waiting for me...
