Located in Little Falls, Minn., the Morrison County Sheriff's Office is a law enforcement agency that protects residents lives and property, maintains peace and order, and reduces crime through education, prevention and proactive police services. It provides law enforcement services to more than 45 townships and cities across over 1,100 square miles. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office employs a staff of more than 70 full- and part-time officers, civilians and community volunteers. The office has a civil process unit that provides the service of legal processes and papers received from individuals, private attorneys, the court and other county agencies. The Morrison County Sheriff's Office supports and conducts several youth events and neighborhood and vacation watch programs.

Benton County supervises juvenile and adult offenders through Benton County Corrections. The county offers a range of services related to land development and usages. Its public works department is responsible for the development and maintenance of the county s transportation system. The county also administers a sheriff's office that offers a variety of law enforcement and crime prevention services. The sheriff's office employs a staff of more than 75 people. Benton County provides support services for children through its human services department.
