Very good food in a large venue. there is a Bar side, and then a venue side for overflow seating. The only downside was our bike tour was in town with 200+ bikers and they were very short...

Shady's Hometown Tavern and Event Center restaurant located just off I-94 in Albany, MN has a wide variety of food and drinks to help you unwind. We offer daily lunch and happy hour specials along with weekly bingo and meet raffles seasonally. Our location in Albany also serves as an event venue. We are equipped with 3 banquet rooms and can serve up to 600 people. The large wedding and banquet room is handicapped accessible and has a large 45x50 foot dance floor that can be used for additional seating or dancing the night away. We also are equipped to cater your next event! From graduation to corporate events, we have you covered. Open from 11 am to 2 am Tuesdays through Sundays and closed on Mondays. Stop in today!

Food we had was good. Bartenders were so busy shuttling food it was hard to get a refill on cocktail. Prices for drinks have gone up since new owners took over.
