Seppi Bros, established in 1941 by brothers T.M. Seppi and I.E. Seppi, began as a small operation crafting concrete blocks. Transitioning to the aggregate and ready mix industry in the 1950s, they began producing their own rock and sand for concrete production. In 1986, Toivo's sons Tom and Matt acquired the company, with Matt and his family taking over sole ownership after Tom's passing in 1997.
