(SEMCIL) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides a range of services and supports to individuals of all disabilities, regardless of age, in several counties in southeastern Minnesota. As a Center for Independent Living, SEMCIL was established by and for people with disabilities to promote their civil rights and empower them to have individual control over their lives.
