First of all, this place will work employees without training them first! Second of all, they are always having shift troubles. Often they can't cover it and they just work short. Medications are...

The management is horrible, they let bad staff that don't take proper care of the residents work there. No matter how many complaints they get about a staff member, they still don't do anything...
