Established in 1910, Saint Paul College offers a range of transfer, occupational and career programs at degree, diploma and certificate levels in the areas of science and liberal arts. It provides instruction in accounting, business administration, engineering technology, child development, nursing and welding. The college also conducts classes in computer programming, reflexology, cabinetmaking, carpentry, electrical maintenance and pipefitting construction. As one of the leading public colleges in the United States, it provides continuing education services. Saint Paul College offers career counseling and disability support services, as well as offers scholarships. The college has a library that maintains a collection of books and databases.

Operational since 1946, South Central College is an educational facility that offers a range of degrees, diplomas and certificates.
