The mission of Breidenbach Wellness Center is to serve the members of our community with high quality and excellent service in a comfortable and caring environment, focusing on the entire family's health and well-being. We practice with a holistic approach, whereby our care is focused on the health needs of the entire individual, not solely their symptoms. Through this structural approach, we are better able to serve the people in our community to achieve optimal levels of health and wellness.

Mayo Clinic Health System offers excellent specialty services including cardiology, neurology, nephrology, oncology, orthopedics and many others, as well as comprehensive, compassionate primary care throughout an 11-county region in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Franciscan Skemp is one of the area's largest employers, with more than 3200 allied health staff, including 200 medical staff. The organization has expanded significantly within recent years to meet the health care needs of the community. In addition to a full-service hospital and multi-specialty clinic, the Center for Advanced Medicine and Surgery offerscomprehensive cancer care,including radiation therapy services through Mayo Clinic, as well as a state ofthe art surgical center.In 2008, Franciscan Skemp opened the city's first combined emergency/urgent care center, as well as a new imaging center for its cardiology and radiology services. New clinics recently opened in the dynamic growing communities to the north, Onalaska and Holmen. Dr. Maher specializes in a full spectrum of family practice including obstetrical services. He has a special interest in occupational health and also in sports health and treating athletic injuries to get you back into your game.
