Established in 1937, Stearns Electric Association is a member-owned and operated electric cooperative that provides electricity and related products and services for homes and businesses throughout central Minnesota. It serves more than 24,000 members in Stearns, Todd, Morrison, Kandiyohi, Pope and Douglas counties in Minnesota. The cooperative provides heat pumps, generators, water heaters and air conditioners. It offers meter reading, equipment installation, maintenance, repair, recycling, billing, auditing and consulting services.
