RSM Home Improvements started out as House Doctors Handyman Service (a Franchise) in March of 2000. On 12/31/2009 we terminated our relationship with the House Doctors franchise organization and renamed our business RSM Home Improvements after the owners Randy and Steve Macgregor. Over the years we have built our business by providing our valued customer with superior customer service and quality and affordable home repairs and improvements. Over 80% of our business comes from our existing customers and the people they refer us to. We believe in building long term relationships with our customers and that is why we have such a high repeat and referral rate.
