Darren gave me the most thorough shoe shine at the Minneapolis airport. Wow. And education on what polish to use. I am more interested than I thought. Best shine ever.

Two minute shine is just that... a two minute shine. Guess my expectations for $7 plus tip =$10. Didn't even pretend to reach for change after whining when I only had $20 bills. Sheesh.

The wrong color edge dressing was used on my soles and now the soles are darker than the shoes the used to match perfectly. In addition, edge dressing was applied sloppily and now the leather on...
