We try to be as fair as possible and many customers tell us that we under-grade our items. VG+ covers/records are usually VG++ or EX by other standards and near mint is just that; close to perfect and nothing less. We don't grade any cover/record mint because you can't see or hear it and a vintage LP that is 20-40 years old that looks perfect may reveal some slight imperfections.
